Products purchased via the online store may be returned for a refund within 7 days on receipt of order, in alignment with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (the “CPA”). We reserve the right to charge you for the courier cost regarding said returns. If the product is retuned after the 7 day period, then we will not offer a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or Promotional Items
Products will be refunded at the sale or promotional value of the purchase, not at the original price.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged as covered by warranty terms. We also only exchange returns for the same product from the original purchase, as part of all standard warranty agreements. The items will be inspected on receipt and review the warranty claim. Ultra-Flow Engineering Services (Pty) Ltd will not replace items in the following situations:
- faults resulting from normal wear and tear
- damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product
- damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion
- damage resulting from hazardous environments or elements
- damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product
- damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product

We reserve the right to charge for the shipping costs relating to you return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
